Paris in the 20th century: The Ending
Michel and Lucy's love begins to grow further. Making her the love of his life, Michel showers her with poems and love letters. In addition to working at the bank, Michel secretly helps out his uncle Hugenninn at the library. The time he spends there is very special because michel gets to know more about his father and who he was. They would fit down together and look at old pictures. Michel now understands why he looks the way he does and where he had gotten certain attributes from. The more time he spent with his uncle, the more he was interested he had been in learning about his parents. Boutardin found out about michel spending time with his uncle and immediately forbid him ti see and in addition to making him quit the job. Boutardin didn't want him talking to his uncle because he thought he was a bad inluence and wanted michel to know little about his parents, especially his father. Michel was furious but could not do anything about it. years passed and Boutardin had become very ill and was dying quickly. Cancer had got him. He eventually died on the 5th of november. Michel's aunt now a widow didn't know what to do, she was all alone. Coming to her comfort was Quinnsonnas. They began spending a lot of time together and soon ended up getting married. After this marriage her attitude towards the arts had shifted. The family was more free to do as they wanted. Michel reunited with his uncle after 5 years. It was filled with tears and great emotion, they had plenty catching up to do. Michel proposed to lucy a year later. They all live together happily, free to do whatever they desired wether it was in the arts or business world. The End.
